Becoming a Dealer
If you are interested in becoming an Authorized Vortex Canada Dealer of Vortex Optics within Canada, please review the following requirements and complete the questionnaire below. Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire, we will review your information to determine if our companies are a good match for one another. We will then present you with a dealer agreement and price list if appropriate.
Paul has been privileged to work with the Hamilton family, the owners of Vortex Optics, and the staff at Vortex since 1997. In 2003, Paul was honoured to bring the Vortex product line to the Canadian market; however this was only the first step. The product is only a part, says Paul, “Vortex truly understands that not only do you need a great product offering the best value in the market, you also need a level of service that can never be surpassed.”

General Requirements
Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
- In order to be an authorized dealer of Vortex Optics, you must have a fully staffed, brick-and-mortar retail location(s) with regular business hours and be able to provide quality facilities and services to customers. Please include pictures of your retail location, both inside and outside including the parking area, when submitting your completed questionnaire.
- Must sign and abide by the dealer agreement.
- Minimum opening prepaid order of $7,500 to include a minimum of twelve (12) different optic skus. All orders are subject to approval upon receipt.
- Annual purchases totaling $12,000 or more is required to remain as an active account. Dealers not maintaining this status will be removed from our online listings and be considered a closed account. Re-application is always welcomed.
Providing mis-information will result in an automatic disqualification of your application.
