WE GOT YOUR BACK™
Some companies claim to offer the highest quality optical products on the market, and many make rather convincing claims about about performance, but how many of them can back it up with an unshakable VIP Warranty and outstanding customer service? Just one. With Vortex, the experience doesn't end after you leave the store. Our dedicated staff are with you for the long haul. Together, we'll make sure that as long as you're in the game, your optics will be too.
Our VIP Warranty Is About You, Not Us
VIP stands for a Very Important Promise to you, our customer. We will repair or replace your Vortex® product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.
